Waited over 1 hour to get my car. Need to have more people at the counter.

I had prepaid for the rental. I still waited in line for 50 minutes. The Advantage staff member (Kenny) was not informative. I was very rushed through the process. Nothing was explained! If I don't initial and sign as directed I won't be able to rent the car? I was past an hour into the process by then and did not feel like starting over. I over paid $30.00 for the refueling because I refueled the vehicle before I returned it. The Refuel Purchase Option was not explained! I was just told to initial. I will not deal with Advantage again!

Car was what was expected counter staff were friendly and easy to deal with, better than other car rental experiences.

I had to leave the car at the airport parking garage for Advantage to pick up. I had some difficulty understanding the woman who was behind the counter. I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times.
