Very satisfied.

The car did not meet my expectations. The tires were out of balance, it needed a steering alignment, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, the outside of the windshield had something on it that made it difficult for rain to clear off, and the inside of the windshield had something on it that I had to clean off in order to see clearly. Other than those issues the car did well and was a decent car.

The Easyrentcars website was easy to navigate and use. I would use again.

Interesting in customer service from Oahu to Maui. Great service, quick and a nice car. Maui was a very long wait time to get the car which was too small for 4 people and bags, staff wanted another $200.00 for something bigger. Not sure if I will rent from them again

Dislike: I rented the car on 24 of August and my payment was duplicated in my credit cards from Uk and USA. I have not received the duplicated refund yet. I was told by Advantage that refund will be automatic but still waiting for it.
