Though there are some miscommunication and long wait upon pick-up (which can be improved), but it was covered up by the helpful and cheerful personnel that make up the situation to be pleasant. The car was changed and was not as good as the one ordered. Collection was terrible despite ringing several times to arrange at considerable cost. £1.80 per minute. Probably was on phone for about 30 minutes in total.
