Easy and simple

Actually it is not so convenient to collect and drop off the car outside from airport given the big luggage we have. Besides, it will be better to provide the driver with full tank of fuel when we collect the car as we do not know how much we need to fuel up before we return. I would say this policy was unfair to the driver.

The car wasn't full of fuel, one of the tires was losing air and the motor sounded like crap. We returned the car in advance, but we didn't get any discount. Could be the cheapest agency, but the rental wasn't cheap, so better off to choose another agency.

Good enough

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

Love the platform and the promotion given as the price is more competitive compared to other platform.

Counter staff was very polite. I received whatsapp messages to inform me the shuttle bus services was over and was directed to a youtube video to know the directions to the pickup point. Video was clear and easy to understand. There were lots of scratches on the exterior of the car which can be repaired so as to improve the overall outlook of the vehicle and also for the driver. But the value and vehicle engine works well for my case, so I have nothing major to complaint.
