Awsome renter car

The first car they assigned me had a big hole in one of the body panels. The toll program was $10 a day which turned out to be a huge rip off.

I had prepaid for the rental. I still waited in line for 50 minutes. The Advantage staff member (Kenny) was not informative. I was very rushed through the process. Nothing was explained! If I don't initial and sign as directed I won't be able to rent the car? I was past an hour into the process by then and did not feel like starting over. I over paid $30.00 for the refueling because I refueled the vehicle before I returned it. The Refuel Purchase Option was not explained! I was just told to initial. I will not deal with Advantage again!

Counter staff friendly and helpful. Great experience especially having rental service right at airport instead of shuttle to facility.

Like: Our week in Anaheim was extra special because we had a great car to get around in! We were upgraded and loved the Kia Forte.

Like: Very good rental experience, great shuttle drivers.
Dislike: A little difficult finding shuttle at the airport.
