The staff at the front desk were professional. I only rented the car for one day, but they gave me an extra four hours for return without charging me extra. Their reminders were thorough in all aspects.

The staff were very nice. When returning the car, I mistakenly went to the adjacent gas station and didn't refuel. I drove directly to the office intending to return the car without a full tank. The staff member there said it was too expensive and guided me to another nearby gas station.
