Excellent. They also speak Chinese.

Had to refuel at the opposite gas station even though the tank was full when returning the car. This was not mentioned beforehand and wasted time.

The service was good, but there was no indication that the compensation for the business insurance has an upper limit. Even though they have a partnership with QEEQ, they do not take responsibility for QEEQ’s terms, leaving everything to the customer to handle. This aspect was somewhat dissatisfying, but everything else was fine.

The attendant was very polite and recommended the daily ETC plan, which is very cost-effective.
