1. The agreed pickup time was repeatedly delayed due to 'traffic congestion'.
2. The car provided was not the one reserved: they said it was being washed for over an hour and then offered another faulty FIAT (seatbelt couldn't be pulled out, air conditioning often not working).
3. The time for car replacement was repeatedly delayed.
4. RENT GO staff provided insufficient follow-up, constantly emphasizing external reasons.

The car was super clean with all the features working fine.
Only concern was that there was no person who was speaking english at the drop-off counter. So this led to a lot of confusion.
I was happy with the counter service at Kayseri and everything was straight forward from beginning to end.
