Never Again

Good customer service. Poor car condition, brakes were loud, car had dints in the front & side, gas tank wasn’t full, and the car wheel would shake while driving.

I was disappointed they had to charge my credit card 1800$ They also posted on my credit card the 500 holding charge. It should be held and not charged. I paid 40$ extra for exchange rates on my credit card which I did not expect to pay over and above the total of the invoice

The booking system did not seem to work well at all and they couldn't process the paperwork properly. Most problematic was the damage deposit, which is not a "hold" as it is with other companies, but was instead a charge, which would then be refunded. This is problematic when dealing with another currency as there is an exchange difference in a refund versus a charge which costs us money. When we complained about this we were told "its company policy" -- of course, why wouldn't it be? -- and then that our alternative was to pay $60 per day. It's just wrong. When checking out I asked to have a copy of the posting so I could be sure that it would be refunded, and I got some paperwork that did not show any amounts.

Counter lady not helpful at all. Bad manners

The car had a few issues. The needs service light came on just after renting, the tire pressure sensors went off and i had to fill them, the car had been wiped out but the bucket must have been dirty and the car was streaky. The gauge cluster was the most noticable. Overall not a bad experience.
