Counter staff speak badly Book a car on EasyRentCars drop-off late 1 hr

The car rental company provided excellent service. I had reserved a Mazda 2, but the rental company explained that they never had Mazda cars and that it was a labeling error on the QEEQ platform. However, they were willing to upgrade the vehicle's engine capacity, which made me very satisfied. The staff was friendly and had a great attitude. The rental location was easy to find—after picking up my luggage, it was on the left side of the lobby near Gate 1. The car was parked in the parking lot to the left of the exit, which was very close. Returning the car was also at the same location. As soon as I drove into the parking lot, a staff member approached to inspect the car. The inspection process was simple; after signing the form, I went to the rental desk in the airport lobby to hand over the form, signed another document, and I was done.

The car was in good condition, and the paperwork process was efficient.

Very satisfied. The car was very new, only 15xx km driven when we picked it up. The pick-up and return process was also easy and convenient!

The car is new, in a good condition and the price is competitive. Overall I very impressed keep up the quality!

I booked a Nissan Almira but they gave me a Yaris which was a much lower-powered car
