The location is very convenient, and the return process is also hassle-free.

We arrived at Kiruna train station and found out that the pickup location was a taxi ride away. However, there were no taxis available due to heavy snow. We called the rental company and they came to pick us up without hesitation. It was like a godsend!

Great service. The ignition had an issue, but the rental location had a repair workshop and fixed it immediately.

The car was in superb condition. There was confusion at pick up whereby the infant car seat provided was for a toddler rather than a baby, and at midnight there was no one there to help install the correct seat so we had no isofix or anything for the length of the stay. Also inconvenience at midnight with a tired baby and child to try and work out what to do. However that was the only issue.
