The customer service during pickup was good, and they patiently explained various points to note, although it did take quite a bit of time. When returning the car, we notified customer service in advance, but we still waited a long time in the parking lot. Someone showed up to inspect the car without wearing a uniform or identification badge. Later, another person spent a long time inspecting the car and couldn't find any issues but insisted that there were signs of usage and charged us a $10 cleaning fee. They did not provide any receipt for the payment. We had already cleaned the car before returning it.
