J'ai loué une golf (ou similaire) , je me suis retrouvé avec une Hyundai accent , ce qui n'est pas du tout similaire en terme de qualité. J'ai l'impression que le terme "similaire " est de plus en plus utilisé comme une faille par les agences de location low cost. Dans le cas présent une remise commerciale significative a été appliquée pour moi par europcar donc je m'estime satisfait

“I expected more clarity”

Overall ok, but we had two important issues. 1. We reserved a full size miniva, like Kia Carnival and they gave us a Chevrolet Traverse, which is a bit smaller. Space was critical in our decision of where to rent. 2. They said they cannot accept the CC insurance forcing us to pay another $520 to get theirs.

Overall ok also. My issue is that if actually Europcar doesn't accept CC insurance it should be stated clearly a boldly on your website. Its a deal breaker that should not be hidden in the small print. Even the actual price of the car should be publisized differently.

This was the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Never again! It took them 2 h to give a car! Uncettable! Did that reason we got to Masada 15 m to late to be able to enter so we could not see it! They had significant effected my vacation by being extrinely inefficient!
