No, the car I expected Impala was not what I got ! The pick up shuttle was not marked for Easy Car Rental which was unclear for picking up.....

Called customer service 7 times got platitudes from different people. No resolutions offered. Expected me to drive 3 hours to Phoenix to trade car. And 3 hours back to where I was staying. Automatically offer $50. Off when returning car. NOT HAPPY!!!
