I was offered an upgrade and I elected to take it, thinking it would be better to have more space and drive a vehicle I was used to driving. But I wish I didn't. its was a small SUV, a KIA, had no power and was sloppy to drive. The guy at the counter was very helpful and very cherry. was a pleasure talking with and gave me a lot of good information. but after I left the counter I had to wait a very long time for the car and had to go in twice to ask when and where the car was.

Like: Osmond very helpful, low key. No arm twisting. Car was fine except for cleanliness already mentioned. Price was good, I thought. Will use for my next airport rental.
Dislike: Car needed to be cleaned when I picked it up.

Like: Value for money. Comfortable car.
Dislike: All was good

Like: People were helpful, got an upgrade and car was in good condition.

Like: I like the fact that I got a Toyota 4Runner for the price of a Sedan.
