No issues or hassles with this rental car experience. The car performed as advertised. The Advantage staff were courteous and competent, both at pick-up and drop-off. I recommend Advantage to travelers arriving to Miami.

Booking process was quick and easy. Keep looking for the best rates. I am a value customer and will go where my buck gets its best value.

Car met my expectations

Dislike: At the beginning they told me that I have to pay another 200$for insurance liability. I was very upset since you told that I am not going to pay anything at the counter. Then they told me that I don't need to pay that. That was a relief.The other point is that they asked me if I like to pay 10$/day for tolls so I payed for 8 days and I used it twice. It would be better if they explained how much does it cost each time because I saw on the highway that I was able to pay it on line

Like: Great value, nice vehicles and friendly staff!
Dislike: Slightly different vehicle than rented, although most might say an upgrade. I just didn't know about it until going to parking lot to get vehicle.
