“Just the worst experience I had. Low level car, old and noisy, bad and un polite customer service.”

Low condition car, when I complained one good customer service girl ( Iris) promised to change it. I drove 55km to change, on the way when I called to confirmed 2 customer service guys said “no we don’t have!” In a rude way, let me wait 10 min on the phone twice, promised to call back and never called.
