Pickup process was too difficult.

Car exceeded expectations for price. Was a good quality car in good condition. Airport pick up was very quick, simple and close to terminal exit. We we’re lucky with timing though and prepare to wait up to 20-30 mins if you just miss the bus.

very easy booking process and found a great deal

I booked the pick-up time is at 8am, I am on-time to the pick up location. The counter staff is friendly. I required GPS online already, when I tried to use it, the GPS can't be attached on glass, I asked for changed the "attach part" , the staff was serving another customer, the manager in the room just watch and smile , did not go out to help me. after the counter staff change the "attach part" for me, then I found the GPS "locked", I asked to change again, the staff was busy. When I can use the normal GPS, more than 30 minutes wasted. I could not arrived at the Great Ocean Road before sunset and I missed the beautiful view. Suggestion: 1. before customer borrow GPS, you should check all GPS 2. manager should help busy staff and not only watching.

The counter staff were wonderful. The car made terrible whining noise due to the type of transmission, CVT, and I wouldn't get one of those again

Like: Awesome!!
Dislike: Gos not functioning well, already setup to avoid tol highway but didn't respon well and we had to go through the tol 3x. We just used google maps instead.
