The car would shake at speeds over 110km. and it didn't have much fuel in it at the pickup. Vehicle was also dirty inside and out. MAJOR ISSUE: There are NO signs entering the airport to let drivers know WHERE to drop off their rental cars at KWI (Kuwait).
