Rented the car for 9 days, the car was in good condition for 8 days, but on the last day, it showed an overheating warning. Please pay attention to vehicle maintenance to improve the rental experience.

Terrible experience. The process was slow, and they kept finding ways to charge extra fees. Returning the car was extremely difficult to locate. The additional charges were reported to the rental platform, but they just kept saying they would look into it without issuing a refund.

Most importantly, it was quite new, with only around 4,000 kilometers on it. The staff at the rental company were extremely friendly and professional. There was no unnecessary upselling whatsoever. Every time they charged my credit card, they would explain the fee with a copy of the receipt. Moreover, they refunded the pre-authorized deposit to my credit card just one week after I returned to the country.
