Got really confused today! The return location was the Avis store at Jordan’s Aqaba Airport. When I got there, they said the store was gone! Totally shocked! Luckily, a staff member from another car rental company passing by called the city’s Avis store and had them rush to the airport to solve the problem! Caused a headache! It delayed us by an hour and a half! The Avis staff also charged us 15 Jordanian Dinar!

The cars at Jordan Airport are generally very old and lack modern features. For example, this Nissan Sunny's trunk requires a key to open, making it feel like a 20-year-old vehicle. The car has an old and unpleasant smell. I suggest avoiding Avis's Sunny model when renting a car. Additionally, the staff at the Jordan Airport counter provide average service.

The uncle in Jordan was very enthusiastic, the procedures and processes were fairly standardized, and there were no major issues. However, we couldn't find the rental store on the day we arrived, and waited for a long time in the scorching sun for them to pick us up. Several calls went unanswered. Also, it's common to get a car with an empty tank in Jordan.
