The staff at the counter was rude, strongly recommending insurance to me. When I refused, they questioned if I could drive a manual. I directly told them I had been driving in Australia for a month and had just driven in the UK for over 10 days before coming to Ireland. They shut up after that, but still blocked a deposit of 1550 euros on my credit card.
Pick up counter man very attentive and helpful.
Drop off unclear went to the drop off point, note on counter saying closed go to the main airport desk.
