About SURPRICE RENT A CAR: 7.3 /10
Was advised to go to Easy Rent on first floor no mention of Surprice at all. Not one panel of the car clear of scratches and bumps. Warning light wouldn’t go off was told it was tyre pressure and was advised that it’s ok when they kicked the wheel. Dreadful rattling noises.

Would be good to have staff wearing a t-shirt or shirt with the company logo on it. We were told to meet “a guy wearing a grey t-shirt” outside to collect the car. Also at busy times additional staff are needed when collecting/dropping off cars
