The store’s right off the main road so it’s really easy to find, just follow the GPS. The uphill access road is a bit narrow, but there’s a huge parking lot inside. Staff speak great English so communication was super easy. They didn’t charge any extra for picking up a bit early or returning a bit late to swap cars, and they even upgraded us for free to a seven-seater Hyundai – got really lucky.

Our car rental experience in Thailand was incredible. From the booking process, everything was smooth. The pick-up location was very convenient, and the staff greeted us warmly and processed everything quickly. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and we had no issues during the drive. Returning the car was also very simple and fast. This rental experience left a deep impression on us, especially the service quality and efficiency in handling problems. Truly excellent! We will choose this car rental company again in the future if we have the chance.

The car handover was very quick. Just a quick video showing the obvious dents was sufficient.
