The service was quite good, but English is not widely spoken in Brazil, making communication challenging. They only speak Portuguese.

Carro dentro das expectativas, ficaram tentando meio que “forçar” contratação de seguro, embora não tenhamos contratado. No mais tudo certo. A Localiza é muito eficiente na prestação dos serviços que se propõe a prestar. Gosto muito e tenho muita confiança no serviço deles.
