The car rental company provided very warm and friendly service. First-time rentals with Movida require an online evaluation, so it's advised to allow extra time for vehicle pickup.

Satisfied. They upgraded us to an automatic car, which was easier to drive. Overall, very pleased.

I had to wait more than an hour becase there was only one counter and the client before me, had a large complain that the company couldn't solve before that time

Foco, the rental car company, did not find my reservation, and did not accept the voucher and other documents that I showed them. They insisted that I have to make a new reservation, on a walk-in price, which was more than double of the Qeeq order. Also, no one there spoke English, so we had to communicate via ggl translate, which made it harder. On returning the car, Foco claimed that I need to pay 250Rs for cleaning the car. I had the car for a month, in an area with many bad roads. after some arguing, they waived it, and I was free to go.

After Foco did not find the reservation, I called Qeeq customer support who verified that my reservation is ok. They tried to talk with the Foco office, and then with the head office, and finally, after almost 3 hours (!) I got the car

El vehículo reservado no estaba disponible, nos querían pasar un Citycar, no uno mediano. Tuvimos que pagar adicional por un vehículo mediano. El vehículo alquilado era de mala calidad.

Todo funcionó perfectamente. Lo único es que no estaba disponible el auto que vi en el sitio web, y me dieron otro parecido.

Debería destacarse con mayor relevancia que la oficina del arriendo no se encuentra dentro del aeropuerto.

Es primera vez que arriendo un vehículo por fines de vacaciones y una experiencia muy satisfactoria, donde no tengo puntos bajos a evaluar, el vehículo superó las expectativas, los frenos espectacular, dado que la conducción en Brasil es un tanto compleja por la gran cantidad de camiones que transitan, sumado a la conducta de los conductores, la cual es un tanto agresiva. En fin, 10 puntos para el servicio prestado. Espero no tener variaciones en los valores pactados y que me descontaran en la tarjeta de crédito. Saludos

Car was dirty and not filled up

The staff were quite friendly. They required translation software as they generally spoke Portuguese, not English. It's a large, professional, and safe company. The shuttle bus was very convenient, and there is a counter on the first floor of T3. The car condition was decent, but the wait time in line was long.
