Great experience

The store’s right off the main road so it’s really easy to find, just follow the GPS. The uphill access road is a bit narrow, but there’s a huge parking lot inside. Staff speak great English so communication was super easy. They didn’t charge any extra for picking up a bit early or returning a bit late to swap cars, and they even upgraded us for free to a seven-seater Hyundai – got really lucky.

Great service. I initially planned to pick up the car earlier. The customer service contacted the rental company on my behalf, and they agreed. However, due to Bangkok's traffic, I arrived 30 minutes later than expected, almost at closing time. The staff were still very welcoming and waited for me.

Staff was friendly, vehicle collection was a breeze. Overall tme taken to complete the documentation was less than 5mins.

Managing my expectations. Would have been great if confirmation of my booking from the car rental company is instantaneous. Had to wait within the next 24hrs for confirmation reply.
