1. Even without prepayment, there were no issues picking up the car. 2. The car was reliable, it had about 15,000 km on it, and there were no problems during my 2,400 km trip over ten days. 3. I accidentally scratched the car lightly, but since I had insurance, the return process went smoothly, and I haven't heard anything about it since.

“Fine other than for the broken window motor. But customer support was awful.”

Front passenger side window went down by not back up. All other windows were fine so likely a broken window motor. The car only had 15k kms on it though. Called the Budget support line but got no real help. When returning the car, mentioned it to the guy at the desk was not at all interested and he literally said "what do you expect me do to about it".
