This car rental company is a fraud. Everyone, please do not rent from them. When I arrived at Amsterdam airport, there was no shuttle service. I called the rental company, and at first, they answered and lied that the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes, but after waiting for an hour at the specified location, no shuttle showed up. I called the company 5 more times, but they hung up as soon as they recognized it was me. In the end, I never got the car, although I had already paid through QEEQ. This caused me to spend an additional 382 euros to rent a car from Hertz at the airport for 3 days.
The rental office is not very conveniently located, as it's not inside the airport and requires a shuttle bus. However, the service at the rental office was acceptable.
