El auto estaba operativo 100%, pero no estaba completamente limpio. Muy accesible el lugar de recojo y entrega.

Me parece muy mal que no incluyan tarifas escondidas como el seguro todo riesgo que al final incrementó la tarifa a más que la misma página de las mismas renting.
Lors du retour, l’employé de Hertz Était seul et nous a informé qu’il fallait patienter 30 minutes avant qu’il inspecte notre véhicule. Lui indiquant que nous avions un avion à prendre et que nous devions récupérer notre caution de $3000, il nous a simplement dit de laisser les clefs dans la voiture …
Très peu rassurant, et pas professionnel.

The rudest people I've dealt with. A total rip off. They did not honored the full insurance coverage I paid for and charged me $300 on top of the original cost.
