Overdue visit

The car was in excellent condition, very new, and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The service attitude was very good.

The store is right across the airport hall, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. The staff were friendly, and the procedures were very simple.

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.

Ease of booking. Didn't notice any price drop. But I'm sure I had an upgrade of car.

The car was in superb condition. There was confusion at pick up whereby the infant car seat provided was for a toddler rather than a baby, and at midnight there was no one there to help install the correct seat so we had no isofix or anything for the length of the stay. Also inconvenience at midnight with a tired baby and child to try and work out what to do. However that was the only issue.
