Waited 90 minutes to get a car because the person that easy rent cars did not send over our confirmation number so they had no record of us being there. When we dropped off the car on the way back they told us we would have to take a uber back. Guy in front of us argue place to get a ride back. what car? after calling for "pick-up" from the Airport and actually begging some-one to pick my wife and I up, after 3 hours I finally had to rent from another rent-a-car so that I can get where WE were going.

I was never told about mandatory fees you had to pay once you got there. I didn't need a sunpass but they charge $10 a day and if you have your own insurance they charge you $10 per day. No where during the booking process we're these mentioned.

We went to another car rental company and they helped us locate your company with a working phone number. The company JC Car Rental was now open but we couldn't rent a car for the agreed upon amount. This company was operating illegally according to state law in Florida. We are owed the deposit and the Uber ride cost. In the end, we had to rent from another company without a reservation costing us a lot more than if we had dealt with a reputable car rental company in the first place.
