Excellent service, the process for picking up and returning the car was simple and very quick. No deposit required, felt great.

The counter staff did not help me good enough and spent a long time to finish the process. they did not give any attention to the customers. As well as, they down grade the size of car for me, gave me a smallest size car to me. I had to tell them , I had reserved the 1500 cc car but they tried to give me the 1200 cc car(Honda Brio). This was a bad experience I got from Chic Car.

Some staff English not so good for communication

そんなに期待はしていなかったのですが、車の状態は日本のレンタカーのレベルでした。(チェンマイは地元の方々も車を綺麗な状態で乗っています) カウンター・車の受渡し担当など、関わったスタッフは全て親切でした。

日本で予約をしたのですが、迷うことなく予約できました。 バウチャーをプリントアウトして提出したので、レンタカーのカウンターでもスムーズに手続きが進みました。
