Overall, quite satisfied.

This time, I rented from Avis in both Jordan and Israel. Before the pandemic, I felt that Avis had newer cars and relatively better prices. However, this time I was a bit disappointed. The cars were older and there were fewer models to choose from. Especially at the rental location in Israel, I almost couldn't rent a car because the trunk was too small. When I wanted to pay extra for a larger car, they told me there were no other options, despite it being the off-season. This location was actually quite big with plenty of cars in the parking lot, but most of them were for sale. This was the first time I saw Avis selling cars, and there were more cars for sale than for rent. I guess the three years of the pandemic had a big impact. I hope Avis can recover soon.

Picking up and returning the car was smooth and convenient. However, it was inexplicable that they directly charged us in Swiss Francs without informing us. Please make sure to check the details when renting a car.

This car rental company's service attitude is quite good, very worth continuing to rent from them. However, it would be even better if they could update their rental location information more promptly.

The car is good and very clean. Both the pickup and return services are excellent and straightforward.
