The store is quite busy, and the overall service is decent. However, make sure to inspect the car's exterior carefully against the pictures in the order during pickup. In Slovakia during winter, cars use snow tires, and scratches on the tires are quite common, so check thoroughly!

The car model wasn't available, I randomly picked one, but it was very new! Excellent! Great attitude with no upselling! Self-service car exchange, and the deposit was refunded instantly the next day! Unlike in Italy where it hasn’t been refunded after a month, plus there’s a cross-border fee of €44.08.
