The car pickup process was quick, and we didn't have to buy additional insurance.
Returning the car was smooth as well. Although we washed the car the day before, it got dirty again on the return day due to heavy rain. I apologized because the contract stated the car should be in the same condition as when picked up, but the staff said no problem.
The car pick-up and return processes are simple. The staff is efficient and doesn't push any sales. The experience was excellent! Everything was clearly explained! The city drop-off location is convenient, with a gas station right next to it!
Overall pretty good. The key difference for travelers is that having a car versus not having one is like night and day, especially in a vast and sparsely populated country like Russia.

Машинка соответствовала заявленной, 2019 года выпуска - никаких вопросов. В силу разных обстоятельств потребовалось связываться с сотрудниками - очень просто, быстро и удобно. Спасибо компании и лично представителям Дмитрию и Илье, обслуживавшим нас в Калининградском аэропорту.
Машина была в технически неисправном состоянии. За 12 дней 2 раза отказал ручной тормоз, в результате чего произошло повреждение переднего бампера. Есть свидетели происшествия. Прошу разобраться с недобросовестным поставщиком в городе Иркутске.
At Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow, I encountered a handsome guy who spoke excellent English. He was sincere, enthusiastic, and provided efficient service. He even walked me to the parking lot exit to generate a payment card before leaving. I am very grateful and satisfied.

The car got broken (gear system, no movement), without any cause, and had to be evacuated to a service centre. My day with important appointments was lost.
The car has been replaced but it took time and caused inconveniences, including financial ones.
My reclamation to Rentmotors stayed without any comment, neither apologies nor any suggestion for compensation.
