Not great. The QEEQ order wasn't processed at all; had to book again on-site to get the car. Staff could only speak Spanish, and customer service could only speak English. Communication was difficult. The car condition was acceptable.
They did try to upsell insurance when we picked up the car, but just politely say no and it’s totally fine. No issues at all, this is pretty standard. Pick-up and return were both very easy, and the staff were quite friendly.
