The car rental owner works at the airport and also happens to be the owner of the B&B I booked. Very nice person. They informed me about the tunnel fee in advance. The car has only around 1000 miles on it.

The Honda HR-V provided by the rental company was excellent, even better than the one I originally booked. It was new and easy to drive. However, the store wasn't open when I arrived at 9 AM, which was a bit concerning. Thankfully, after making a phone call, a staff member quickly came to assist.

The insurance is too expensive.

My return flight got cancelled, so I called the rental company to change the drop-off time. They handled it quickly and sorted everything out.

Overall the experience was pretty good and the usave staff were really friendly. The only issue was they didn’t give us a final invoice when we returned the car, so we weren’t totally sure about some of the charges, but QEEQ’s customer service stepped in, communicated quickly, and cleared everything up right away.
