Easy booking procedures

For international car rentals, the company should assist customers in understanding entry and exit documentation requirements and road toll payments. Crossing between Singapore and Malaysia requires special toll cards. Malaysia's TNG card can only be purchased locally, or you would need to borrow one from the car rental company or even friends or family. The rental company might not have the cards available, and insufficient preparation could ruin the trip.
