Car pickup and drop-off were very convenient, the staff was polite, and customer service responded quickly.

The overall service was quite good. The staff at the rental location and those handling car pick-up and return spoke Chinese. Whether picking up or returning the car, the process was convenient and fast. However, there were two issues that negatively affected the rental experience. First, the car was in poor condition, with dozens of scratches and dents, and the air conditioning worked intermittently. Second, there were two Chinese-language rental company markings near the license plate and front windshield, which made it obvious to the police that the car was driven by a Chinese person. As a result, the car was routinely stopped for checks. Without an international driver's license or a Thai driver's license, fines are unavoidable. Additionally, if a traffic accident occurs, the insurance company has grounds to deny coverage. Presenting a translated version of the basic driver's license booklet was ineffective.

The reserved pickup time was completely useless. Picking up the car at the airport was extremely inconvenient and took almost two hours.

Very satisfied. The car rental company kindly reminded us that the return time was close to our flight time and arranged for their colleagues in Christchurch to open early for us. We greatly appreciate their special accommodation.

Counter staff were very very unhelpful and refused to release the car as it was booked under and different name and we used a credit card that reflected a slightly different name as our passport. We have rented in so many countries and have never encountered a request that the credit card and to match the passport name! After 45 mins of proving our identity in everyway possible, and only when we asked to speak to their management, did she suggest that we could call QEEQ to change the booking name. QEEQ only took 1 minute to send us a new voucher and we got the car. Yesaway staff has the solution the whole time but they rather spend 45 minutes trying to turn us away. Very bad experience!
