Although there was a flat tire incident during the trip, the car rental company handled the situation smoothly by promptly towing the vehicle and providing a replacement car. Overall, the service was quite satisfactory.

As soon as you step out of the airport, you can see the location. You just walk over, hand in your order, receive a pre-prepared envelope, sign it, and you're good to go.

The car was great! It was new and very easy to drive! Excellent! The pickup location is in the hotel lobby, and the staff will wait at the agreed time. There's no storefront office, haha.

Excellent, I've rented multiple times. The store is easy to find. However, the car pick-up at Bergamo is a bit inconvenient as you need to take a shuttle bus for a short distance. Malpensa is much more convenient.

It was such an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly patient and enthusiastic. Due to personal reasons, I didn't plan my time well and then encountered a traffic jam, so I felt I might be late. I called the company in advance since, in Europe, if you delay someone's off-duty time, you typically have to pay a 50-euro fine (please take note of this!). However, the person handling both my car rental and return was so kind. Earlier, he had noticed I was a woman traveling alone and had helped carry my luggage to the car. Even when I delayed his off-duty time during the return, he waited for me in casual clothes and didn't charge me any fees. Sometimes, the kindness of strangers can be so touching. It was truly heartwarming!

On the day of pickup, the computer system was down, leaving only one terminal operational. Waited in line for over an hour, but the service attitude was good. It was not a human error, so it's acceptable.

We opted for full insurance at the location. The staff communicated in a mix of Italian and English, which was a bit confusing to understand, but overall, the service was decent and went smoothly.

It was very late when we arrived at the airport, and there were no shuttle buses. However, after contacting the rental company via WhatsApp, they immediately sent someone to pick us up. Excellent service!

Fast and convenient

There was an upsell for full insurance, but the so-called full insurance from QEEQ is not actual full insurance. It is a combination of partial car insurance and domestic insurance. For example, you might have to pay around 1200 EUR for a 1-inch scratch repair upfront, and then claim reimbursement through domestic insurance, which is very inconvenient.

I had previously rented directly from this company. While they do promote additional services, I personally had no issues with my experience. It was pretty good.

I have rented from this company before in Australia, and both the pickup and drop-off processes were very simple. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and trouble, you can follow QEEQ's instructions to take photos during pickup and drop-off. The staff were very attentive, and since my English is not great, the communication took a bit longer.

It was okay. They secretly added insurance without any explanation or agreement, and I only found out when they charged me after returning the car. Fortunately, QEEQ's customer service communicated promptly, and when the rental company refused to refund, QEEQ refunded the amount to me.

The car's trunk is spacious enough to accommodate three 26-inch large suitcases and three 20-inch small suitcases.
