Pick-up Instructions

Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, you should proceed to the Ground Transportation Level (1st Floor of the Terminal), which is one level below the baggage claim level. You should then call us at 954-360-8000 and wait for the shuttle. Our designated shuttle pick-up locations are: A11, A12, A13, B60, B61, B62, C277

Drop-off Instructions

To return the vehicle during regular business hours, please proceed to the local office where an agent will assist you with the check-out process. For returns between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, please ensure the vehicle is parked in a secure location & place the keys in the designated drop-off box located near the front entrance of the office. If the vehicle is to be returned between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, please arrange for airport drop-off with the rental agent at the time of vehicle pick-up.
