After landing, follow signs towards the exit (Exit) until you reach the baggage reclaim carousels. In front of the first carousel (no. 16), you will see an OK Mobility Store, although the Pickup Store is further ahead. Continue walking by the carousels, following the exit signs (Exit) to leave this area. Turn immediately to the left and continue straight following the “Arrivals C" signs. Next to the pillar and No. 5 Exit, you will find the OK Mobility Pickup Store.

The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. I booked an Audi but got a SEAT instead. They bait and switch, and I was forced to buy additional insurance at the rental store; otherwise, they wouldn't give me the car.

I will never use this rental company again. They refused to refund when I didn't pick up the car. This third-party company has unfair policies. There's no need to use this service; it's more convenient and cheaper to rent directly at the airport. Terrible app.
