The staff all spoke excellent Mandarin and even reached out a day in advance to help me figure out the best options for picking up and swapping cars. Really great experience overall! I’ll definitely choose this company again next time I rent.

Car was in good shape with plenty of power and smooth acceleration. Service was decent and communication was easy. The only downside is Malaysia’s highway ETC system—it’s really inconvenient and has trouble reading at almost every toll gate.

The owner is super nice, and the pickup/return instruction videos are really clear, so it’s easy to find everything.

They called me in advance to confirm everything, then drove the car over so I could pick it up right away. When returning it, I just left it in the garage—super convenient.

Renting a car here is really worry-free. This rental company provides excellent service. On the first day, I drove up the mountain to eat durian and noticed that the brakes on the first car felt a bit soft. The next day, I planned to drive from Penang to Ipoh for sightseeing, so I contacted the owner. They quickly confirmed to switch the car and even had a colleague deliver the replacement to me at around 10 PM. Truly touched by their service. They also took care of all other things such as the highway card. In short, it was extremely hassle-free.
