The rental car was in the parking lot, had to wait for a while, but returning the car was quite convenient.

The company is owned by Indians, and although communication in person was a bit challenging, everything went smoothly overall. There were no hidden charges, and they even refunded us for the extra fuel we added.

Renting a car here is really worry-free. This rental company provides excellent service. On the first day, I drove up the mountain to eat durian and noticed that the brakes on the first car felt a bit soft. The next day, I planned to drive from Penang to Ipoh for sightseeing, so I contacted the owner. They quickly confirmed to switch the car and even had a colleague deliver the replacement to me at around 10 PM. Truly touched by their service. They also took care of all other things such as the highway card. In short, it was extremely hassle-free.

The car is good, but the base model of Japanese cars feels too basic. The candlelight headlights are frustrating to use at night. Also, the wipers don't clean properly, and rental companies don't seem to care about replacing wipers or adding windshield washer fluid.

It was my first time renting a car at the airport. I had booked a 2020 Proton model, but the actual car I received seemed to be from around 2010 and was extremely old. After just one day of driving, various problems arose, including issues with the clutch, abnormal engine noises, and two missing wheel bolts from the front tires. I contacted the rental company immediately and drove the car to their office in Kuala Lumpur city. They replaced it with another Proton, which seemed to be from around 2010 as well. After another day, the car's engine hood started emitting smoke on the highway, and the air conditioning stopped working. I urgently contacted the rental company again from the highway. They stated there were no spare cars available that day and asked me to return to their city office the next day to swap cars. On the third attempt, I was finally given a fully functional car.

The overall service was excellent. They explained the basics of operating the car, how to open the fuel cap, which type of fuel to use, the exact location of the return office, and who to contact and what to do in case of an accident. Everything was thoroughly explained. The car was spotlessly cleaned, both exterior and interior. The vehicle's mileage was around 27,000 kilometers, which was reasonable, and the engine power was sufficient.
