The service was acceptable, but you need to contact them a day in advance to arrange car pickup. We waited there for almost two hours because their downtown pickup office is located inside a hotel, and when we arrived, there was no one there.

Be cautious with this rental company. They claimed I had a traffic violation and insisted on cash payment but refused to provide any violation record. Fortunately, I firmly asked them to deduct it from the deposit, and it turned out there was no violation. I almost got scammed out of $100.

When booking through QEEQ, it mentioned that someone would hold a sign to pick us up at the airport and take us to the rental location, but no one was there. We had to call the rental company, and they sent a car to pick us up. Although the staff at the rental company were not very talkative, they were professional and efficient, which is commendable in a generally low-efficiency country like Jordan. However, the car was quite old.

I ended up spending an extra 1000 or so on insurance... That's it.

A staff member met us at the airport exit and drove us to the rental car store. The car collection process was convenient and straightforward. We bought comprehensive insurance, and there were no additional sales pitches or conditions. We quickly set off in our car. The owner even bought us each a cup of coffee from a nearby shop. The car model was the same as the one we reserved. The return process was also very quick. Overall, this is an excellent car rental company.
