The third-party liability insurance of the original rental was not zero deductible, so the store upsold additional insurance.

No problems throughout the journey. The car was mechanically sound and did not give us any problems. They should offer unlimited mileage option at a competitive price. I had a round trip BC experience that exceeded my daily driving limit of 200KM which was very less. So for adventure travellers the car turned out to be bit expensive. I was actually thinking of renting cars with unlimited mileage in future.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long, but the return process was very convenient. Just follow the navigation. It didn't delay my next flight. The car was relatively new.

It was a brand-new car, and the driving experience was excellent! The pickup location was a bit far, but returning the car was simple by following the instructions.

The pickup location was easy to find, and the car provided was a Ford, which was great to drive. The only drawback was that the car would automatically lock with the key inside, leaving us to experience roadside assistance in an area with no signal. We were quite worried at the time, but thankfully Avis staff resolved it quickly without causing too much delay to our trip.

Highly recommend this car rental company! This time I rented a Kia model, and the car quality was outstanding. It drove very smoothly and felt stable. The interior was comfortable, providing a pleasant experience as soon as you got inside. The exterior design is also bold and impressive—I found it even better than the Ford I rented before. Plus, the company’s efficiency is excellent; the entire process from booking to pickup went seamlessly. The staff were very enthusiastic and patiently explained all the details about using the vehicle. What satisfied me the most was the return process, which had no hidden charges and was exactly as promised. Very reliable—I'll choose this company again next time!

Not crowded, two staff members recommended I purchase a service for 10 CAD per day to assist with accident handling. The service was good, but the extension fee was too expensive—500 CAD for 3 days.

Rented the car at Vancouver Airport and returned it at Calgary Airport. The pick-up and drop-off locations were easy to find, as all the rental companies operate in the same hall. Originally booked a Toyota Corolla but upgraded to a Malibu for an additional CAD 20/day, which wasn’t expensive. The American version of the Malibu has strong power, reaching 120 km/h with only slight acceleration.

Arrived early and waited an hour for the car. It was a Hyundai compact car.

It was okay. The Dodge I reserved was unavailable on the day, so they gave me a Grand Cherokee instead. It had 50,000 kilometers on it but was still pretty nice to drive (though it was quite big).
