Overall, it's okay. I originally booked an Audi, but there were no cars available, so they gave me a super-large Nissan. Later, I switched to an Opel, and overall, I was fairly satisfied. The only downside is that I didn’t get the Audi, which was a bit disappointing.

It was my first time using Shouqi Car Rental, and the experience wasn’t good. The front desk only focuses on selling insurance and vehicle upgrades, without mentioning the 23% tax at all. Charges at the front desk are not clearly reflected in the rental agreement, making it hard for renters to understand. The final bill also included extra charges. I hope they can improve their service quality to better represent Chinese service.

One evening during the rental period, the car displayed a fault warning and I couldn't reach customer service, which was concerning. Overall, the service was average, and the rental price was moderate—probably just standard. Additionally, the car I received was not fully fueled with a range of 410 kilometers. Refueling myself to avoid extra charges from the rental company makes it hard to estimate how much fuel to add.

Pros: The service for this booking was quite good. The young lady was very helpful and assisted with the car pickup after completing the paperwork. Cons: The store lacks clear signage, and the pickup instructions were too vague. The store is on the second floor of the airport without any AddCar logo, only Autounion. It's not easy to identify. For this booking, I was able to rent a car on the 15th using a translated license from QEEQ, but on the 21st, I was denied and told I needed an international driving permit. After the staff consulted the boss, the boss admitted they had made a mistake!!! Even if they made a mistake, why could I still use the same license to book a car through the platform, and why did the rental company confirm it? This is an issue with communication between the platform and the car rental company.

This is a scam. The rental was supposed to be 280, but when I arrived, they asked for 3600. If you don't pay, you don't get the car. Be very careful and avoid renting from cheap companies in Poland. This rental company is truly terrible.

When picking up the car, I faced numerous difficulties because I didn't accept the promoted insurance, which wasted over an hour and resulted in a very poor experience. The language barrier made communication difficult and negatively impacted my mood. QEEQ platform customer service spent over half an hour communicating with the rental company, and eventually, the procedures were completed as required. However, the delay and inconvenience affected my overall experience.

The car was in good condition, and both pickup and drop-off were quite convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot the GPS on the windshield when returning the car, and the inspector didn't notice it. When contacted, the rental company found and kept it, but they said they couldn't mail it back. Multiple communications through QEEQ were unsuccessful. I hope the rental company can offer more detailed and better service to customers.

I consider Panek car provider as the best at the Warsaw Okencie airport. People there are very helpful in reception and very easy in the process of returning the car. This company certainly cares about customer. This a second time I rented with Panek an I'll do it the next time in a few months. Panek is completely different from the Green Motion rental company (Warsaw Okecie Airport) which is steeling money from the costumers by charging them hundreds of dollars for imaginary scratches while refusing to provide any any documentation of it.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Dishonest to downright fraudulent rental place. They found small scratches on the car after I have returned it, charged full deposit (which is $500, way more than this should be charged), and refused to release ANY documents that would let me file an insurance claim against my travel insurer. They operate this "preagreed upon penalty" which basically means that if there's ANY damage (like $10 worth of damage), they will charge you full deposit and don't have to give you any documents. Maybe it's legal in Poland, but it is not how international insurance companies and car rental companies operate. Renting from this place you risk getting overcharged for any damage (we're talking kind of damage that in US would just be ignored) and no way to claim your insurance on it. FWIW, I asked a friend, Polish lawyer, if I have any recourse - she said that I could sue them if I wanted, but altogether I should've asked first before renting, because they have the worst opinion locally.

The car inside was not very clean, bad smell. There was no windscreen washer fluid. The tank was not full as in description of booking. The car had some unmarked scratches at the pick up. When dropping off, they tried to blame me for a scratch which had already been there. After pointing that out, the person kneeled down and found a small scratch underneath, however they don’t do that during pick up. They quoted me about €100 plus €50 admin fee ??? where a touch of T cut would polish it off. Completely disappointing.

When picking up the car, my credit card had an issue, and the staff was very impatient as I tried to resolve it. This was despite the fact that we had waited an hour for the office to open. The car had just enough fuel to reach a gas station, which made it difficult to return with the same amount of fuel, likely a tactic to earn extra money. Additionally, there was no phone holder or backup camera in the car. However, the scenery in Poland is beautiful and the highways are very fast. I was driving at 140 km/h and still overtaken often.

Very satisfied. When the 5008 lease ended, I was given a Mazda CX50, which was also very spacious and easy to drive. During this period, the CX50 had an engine warning, and they directly replaced it with a BMW 4 Series at a nearby location without any extra costs. Much better than Europecar by far.

We arrived at the airport at 1 PM and had arranged to meet the client in the afternoon. We began anxiously waiting for the car. After approximately 2 hours of being told '10 more minutes' each time we called, the car finally arrived and it wasn't the one I had booked. It was too small to fit our luggage! After waiting for 2 hours, we got a car that didn't meet our needs. Zuzuche said they would replace the car, so we started waiting again. Meanwhile, the client was urging us to meet. By then, it was past 3 PM, then 4 PM, and we were exhausted. The men stood in the cold wind waiting, constantly being told it would be another 10 minutes, so we had to keep watching outside in the cold. The women stayed in the airport with the luggage, which was also exhausting. By 5 PM, they offered us a pickup truck instead of the SUV I had ordered, forcing us to put our luggage in the truck bed, which isn't feasible in rainy weather. Our male team members were getting sick from the cold, one female member became physically unwell and had to take emergency heart medication, and we couldn't wait any longer. We had to go to the hospital urgently. This delay cost us a lot in time and resources and ruined our client meeting. The experience was a nightmare! The car rental ruined our schedule and caused health issues, and we didn’t even get a refund. We are planning to report this to the consumer protection agency!

Budget counter shares a space with Avis, and the actual rental was done at the Avis counter. There was only one staff member, and the customer ahead of me took a long time. The staff's attitude was acceptable, and no insurance was suggested. After photocopying my passport, it was left in the copier, and in my haste to get the car, I didn’t notice. Luckily, I realized it in time.

I don't recommend this car rental company because they operate at the AVIS counter. The staff is arrogant, and there's often a rude woman who forces you to buy full insurance. I have been living in Warsaw for many years and often rent cars. Hetzzi, AVIS Budget, and Greenmotion are all companies to avoid. I recommend Panek, Sixt, and Europcar. In Warsaw, car rentals are generally like this. Stay alert, carefully inspect the vehicle, and take photos before driving. I hope everyone takes this as a lesson.

One of the fastest check-in and check-out. Just come in and everything is ready within max 5 minutes. The problem was only to find the car because the parking has so many areas. Even people who rented the car near me was looking for few minutes "where my car is?". Extra thing was: no need to clean the car without any extra fee (what another rental car companies has in Warsaw).

It was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when we arrived at the airport terminal store to pick up the car, there was no one there! The contact number left at the counter went to voicemail, and no one answered. We waited for more than an hour and finally had to contact the car rental customer service. After that, a young man from the rental company showed up. After we completed the rental procedures, he only roughly pointed out the parking location and didn’t accompany us to pick up the car. This shows the service quality of a small company! We booked a Volkswagen Sharan online, but the rental company substituted it with a newish Seat that had been in use for about a year.
