When I arrived at the store, they said they only had manual cars or electric vehicles available. The electric Fiat 600e was supposed to have a range of over 300 km, which was enough for my round trip (160 km one way). However, after driving just one way to my destination, there were only 60 km of range left. I spent 2 hours looking for a charging station and recharging the car, which cost me $60. After charging it back to 310 km, I drove 160 km for the return trip and 30 km to the airport, leaving only 30 km of range upon arriving at the airport to return the car. At the end, they charged me over 130 euros for charging fees and insurance. I rented the car for two days, and the total cost was nearly 3000 euros.

Due to the morning rush hour and a delay in returning the car, I was charged for an extra day, which felt very unreasonable and not user-friendly. I was also upsold a car upgrade.

Alamo did not clearly document the existing scratches during pickup. Upon return, they inspected the car with a flashlight and insisted one of the damages was caused by me, deducting 285 euros. Thankfully, I had purchased the supplementary insurance from Zuzuche. As long as the documents were complete, the claim process was smooth. Recommended.

There was no line for processing, so the process was fairly quick. If there were people ahead, it would take at least 10 minutes per customer, so some waiting would be required. There was no upselling, and I even proactively added full insurance for 130 euros for 11 days to avoid any trouble.

There were multiple issues with the vehicle; I had to change the car twice, and even roadside assistance didn't solve the problem.

The contract price did not match the final price. Upon arrival, there were additional charges, and resolving the issue through an appeal took a long time with no resolution. Despite repeatedly confirming the car exchange location, poor coordination resulted in wasting half a day with no progress. They forced an upgrade to a higher-priced model and added extra charges, explaining to the platform that it was because I arrived at the store 45 minutes early.
