Taking rental cars to following countries is allowed and free of charge:
Denmark, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, The Republic of San Marino, Cyprus, Austria, Andorra, Greece, Norway, Monaco, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Malta, Sweden, Vatican City State, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Lithuania, Romania
For cross-border travel, EMS is mandatory at a daily rate of EUR 12; the maximum charge per rental agreement is EUR 144. If you rent a Premium, Luxury, Special, Convertible, Prestige, or se1ect category vehicle, or any Elite category vehicle, and a theft or disappearance occurs, the renter will be fully liable, regardless of whether any additional theft protection (THW, including EMS) was purchased.

Taking rental cars to the countries that are not listed in Free of Charge is not allowed.
