After collecting your luggage, please do the following: Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 2143 2290) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. From the Baggage Claim area, exit through the main terminal doors. Take the pedestrian crossing and cross over Friendship Avenue and stop at the “rental car” slip road. Turn to your right and wait at the seating area on the “rental car” slip road. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van. Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an after-hours service at Sunshine Coast Airport. If your flight is delayed or lands after 4pm you will need to pick up your car the next day.

Upon arrival off an aircraft, collect your luggage from the baggage carousel and when ready depart the terminal building and turn left and walk parrallel to the curbside pickup. Continue walking past the taxi rank for about 20metres until you see the car rental building on the left side. Proceed into the building on the right, and our car rental desk will be the one to the very left inside.

When you arrive at the Airport, collect your luggage, you may either visit https://pickmeup.eccr.com.au/ or call 1 800 474 258 or (+61) 07 5555 8908 to arrange free shuttle bus pick up. The shuttle service operates until 15 minutes before the regular office closing time.If you miss the last shuttle, please arrange your own transportation to the rental location. The shuttle pick-up point is located on the left side of the terminal building. After exiting the terminal, turn left and walk to the end of the building. You will find the bus station on your left.

Car wasn’t ready when we arrived and girl called for it but still didn’t come . After about 20 minutes she went herself to get it and took another 15 minutes or so to bring it back saying she has to wash it herself !she was delightful but bargain generally not good

No We understood we were getting a Toyota Corolla or equivalent- whilst the Suzuki Swift was good it can not realistically be considered equal in engine and other size to the Suzuki

The counter staff were absolutely excellent and it was the smoothest and fastest car hire pick up I have ever had. Drop off process was the same and staff were very friendly and helpful…highly recommend.

The only thing l would have anything to say is its an expensive thing to hire. You have lots of adds about being good value and incentives but it still works out being an expensive thing.

The car was great. The lady who served us when we picked up the rental didn’t really explain why we were paying more money. I thought l’d paid everything l needed to. Apparently the extra money was to remove the excess. I wasn’t really given a choice of not doing this. On returning the car the staff member was very helpful and friendly.
