We faced one major issue when the ADD BLUE red warning light came on. And we were not aware of this problem. We asked around and googled about it - and wasted a lot of time. We spent 24 Euros, filling the Add Blue - this was not informed and I feel this should not have occurred.

We were not aware that the Zero Access that we bought from your company does not kick in - and that we have to pay for all damages before and then your guys would refund it. I am really not happy about this one. When we pay Zero Access we should not be paying anything at all. This should be seamless for us. Next time we would rather go to Rent Plus rather than you all.

“Satisfactory resolution to a renting issue with a car rental agency”

The experience with Rent Plus was less than satisfactory....they forced us to pay for the rental on pick up despite the fact that we provided a receipt showing payment made in full. They denied our pre-purchase of the full insurance option and were basically rude in our dealings with them.

We communicated our issues with Rent Plus...that we paid for the rental again in order to get the car we reserved...and we were very impressed with Easyrentcars resolution of this issue and the timely credit we received for the added charges.

the don't give same as i book and not even better was smaller we i say i book different car the stuff say the website of easyrentcars.com they always put pic of nice car to make you book from them but we don't have this car this was when we pick up but other guy when we drop it back was nice person also still not get back my Deposit he say whine 24 hours but upto today i still not get it back i have paper from them say i retain car was ok its already 7 days

Great Service. Very impressed as the last experience with a competitor was terrible. No extra payments were sneakily requested at the counter. And the staff was nice and polite.

It was easy to rent on the website. The price was great and the what I paid online was exactly the hole amount I had to pay. No bad surprises afterward... I recommend to always take the best insurance to make sure you are all covered. Impressed and will book with them again.

the drop off location is hard to be found especially now when road work is in process exactly on the right lane. Also the drop off sign is obstructed by other signs. is impossible to be seen from 200-300m. I was forced to pay a parking ticket of 3£ just because I got lost in parking area. Also I need to double check if the car has any marks... I don't think that a customer can be a damage insurance agent or whatever. Apart of that everything was good and stuff was really helpful.
