Excellent Staff, car and service, but somethings we did not like at all

When renting the car, they strongly recommended purchasing full insurance from them, but I insisted I already bought it through the rental platform, and they immediately proceeded to provide the car. I was lucky to get a Toyota hybrid vehicle this time, which saved me a lot on fuel costs. Returning the car was surprisingly easy; it only required entering the parking lot and using an automated camera to scan the car, and the return process was complete without any staff physically inspecting the car at pickup or return. About a week later, the full deposit was refunded—very trustworthy.

The car need better cleaning. Inside was very dirty and there was some paint all over the seats.
