It's okay, but the reserved car model was unavailable, and the replacement car wasn't as good as the reserved one.

I mentioned I was going to Wollongong and back, approximately a 200km round trip. They ended up upgrading me to a high-end electric vehicle for free. No need for gas or charging, and the experience was excellent.

The service was satisfactory, but I was not happy with the Ford Everest model. I originally booked a Toyota Prado and was given the Everest as a replacement. Although the vehicle is large, its interior space is cramped. The floor near the left foot in the driver's cabin protrudes, making long drives very uncomfortable. Additionally, the Everest uses a diesel engine, which provides adequate power for starting off but is noticeably underpowered on the highway. Accelerating and overtaking with the 2.0 diesel engine is challenging.

Returning the car was extremely easy, just hand over the keys.
