She told me to pick any car in the row and mentioned a Nissan. That’s what I took. A bit more clarity needs to be involved if I am going to be upcharged by simply getting into wrong car in the row.

After calling the credit card company, there were no issues on their end. Finally, after insisting, they switched to another counter, and it worked without problems.

Therefore, I am filing a complaint regarding the additional $69 charge.
